Last Updated: 18 April 2025 | Effective: 18 April 2025
These terms govern the relationship between Aksorn Advisory Co., Ltd. and individuals who enquire about or enrol in our change management programmes. Please read them carefully. By submitting an enrolment application or enquiry, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.
1. About Aksorn Advisory
Aksorn Advisory Co., Ltd. is a professional development company registered in Thailand, with its principal place of business at 19 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. We offer structured programmes in change management for practising professionals.
References to "Aksorn Advisory", "we", "us", or "our" throughout these terms refer to Aksorn Advisory Co., Ltd. References to "participant", "you", or "your" refer to the individual enrolling in or enquiring about a programme, or the organisation sponsoring that individual.
2. Programme Descriptions
Programme descriptions, schedules, faculty assignments, and fee information published on our website represent our current intentions. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to programme content, delivery format, scheduling, and faculty where circumstances require. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants in advance with reasonable notice.
The three programmes currently offered by Aksorn Advisory are:
- Foundations of Change in Organisations — THB 11,500 per participant.
- Practice of Change Management — THB 32,500 per participant.
- Senior Change Practicum — THB 78,500 per participant.
3. Enrolment and Acceptance
Submission of an enrolment application does not constitute a binding agreement. Enrolment is confirmed only upon our written acceptance of your application and receipt of the programme fee or an agreed deposit. We reserve the right to decline applications where we believe the programme is not suited to the applicant's current experience or professional context.
Where an application is made by an organisation on behalf of an individual, the organisation assumes responsibility for ensuring the individual has been informed of and agrees to these terms.
4. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are as stated on our website at the time of application. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and inclusive of applicable VAT where required by Thai law.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of enrolment. We may accept payment in full or, at our discretion, an agreed instalment arrangement. Programme access and materials will not be provided until payment arrangements are in place.
We do not store payment card details. Payment processing is handled by our payment service provider under their own terms and security standards.
5. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Cancellation by participant: Where a participant withdraws from a programme before commencement, refund entitlement is as follows:
- More than 21 days before the programme start date: full refund of fees paid, less an administration fee of THB 1,500.
- 8 to 21 days before the start date: 50% refund of fees paid.
- 7 days or fewer before the start date, or after commencement: no refund.
Participants who have commenced a programme and are unable to continue due to documented medical circumstances may request a deferred place in a subsequent intake. Such requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation by Aksorn Advisory: In the event that we cancel a programme prior to commencement, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of fees paid. We will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative intake where one is available.
6. Programme Conduct and Participation
Participants are expected to engage with programme activities in a manner that is respectful, professional, and considerate of the experience of others in the group. This includes attendance at scheduled sessions, contribution to group discussion, and completion of assigned work within the timeframes given.
Workplace observation and project components require participants to obtain any necessary permissions from their employer independently. Aksorn Advisory does not hold responsibility for the internal access arrangements participants need to make.
We reserve the right to suspend or exclude a participant from a programme where their conduct materially disrupts the learning environment or raises concerns about professional integrity. In such circumstances, fees will not be refunded.
7. Intellectual Property
All programme materials — including frameworks, case studies, written guides, presentations, and faculty-developed tools — are the intellectual property of Aksorn Advisory or are used under licence. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own professional development during and after the programme.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted for commercial or institutional use without our written consent. This includes sharing in digital form with colleagues outside the programme cohort or incorporating materials into products or services provided to others.
8. Confidentiality
Programme sessions may involve sharing of professional experiences, organisational situations, and workplace contexts by participants. All participants agree to treat information shared by others in a session as confidential and not to disclose identifying details outside the group.
Aksorn Advisory faculty maintain the same confidentiality commitment in relation to participant disclosures. Faculty may use anonymised, non-identifying scenarios drawn from professional experience for educational purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Aksorn Advisory's liability in relation to any programme is limited to the amount of fees paid by the participant for that programme. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, loss of business opportunity, or outcomes arising from decisions made by participants following programme attendance.
Programme content is designed to support the professional development of participants and does not constitute specific business, legal, financial, or organisational advice. Participants remain responsible for decisions taken within their own professional roles.
10. Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with enrolment and programme participation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). By enrolling, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email. Continued participation in a programme following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
