Navigating Change
with Considered Practice
Structured consulting courses for managers and leaders who want to work thoughtfully through organisational change — at every stage of their career.
What Sets Our Approach Apart
We work from a conviction that change practice is a discipline — one that improves with careful study, structured reflection, and accumulated experience.
Structured Learning Paths
Three programme levels that build on each other — from foundational concepts to senior practicum engagement.
Small Seminar Format
Courses run in small groups, allowing substantive discussion and case work that reflects each participant's own context.
Thai Workplace Context
Curriculum developed with direct attention to cultural and organisational norms specific to Thai professional environments.
Faculty Supervision
Each practitioner and senior programme includes structured faculty feedback at defined milestones throughout the engagement.
Workplace Application
Participants apply frameworks directly within their organisations, so learning connects immediately to live situations.
Discretion and Care
Senior engagements are conducted with privacy and professional confidentiality as baseline expectations, not optional extras.

Each course is designed for a specific stage of professional development. Choose the level that fits where you are now.

Frequently Asked Questions
Practical answers to questions we hear from prospective participants.
Who are these programmes designed for?
Each programme is designed for a distinct stage of professional development. The Foundations course suits managers and project leads who are beginning to take on change-related work. The Practice programme is for those actively leading or advising on change initiatives. The Senior Practicum is designed for change directors, transformation leads, and consulting partners.
How are sessions structured?
Sessions take a seminar format, emphasising case discussion and reflection rather than lecture-style delivery. The Foundations programme runs evening sessions over eight weeks. Practitioner and Senior programmes involve scheduled faculty touchpoints alongside independent workplace engagement.
Are courses conducted in English or Thai?
All three programmes are conducted in English, with reading materials and case studies drawn from both international and Thai organisational contexts. Participants who prefer to discuss in Thai during small group work are welcome to do so.
What do participants walk away with?
Participants leave with a more considered vocabulary for change work, practical tools applied within their own workplace, and reflective habits that tend to be durable. The Senior Practicum additionally involves an extended action-learning engagement under faculty supervision.
Can my organisation enrol multiple staff members?
Yes. We work with organisations considering group enrolment across one or more programmes. Please contact us to discuss how this might be structured, including whether cohort-specific arrangements would be appropriate.
What is the fee payment process?
Fees are quoted in Thai Baht. We invoice upon confirmed enrolment, with payment expected before the first session. For the Senior Practicum, instalment arrangements can be discussed. All amounts include programme materials and faculty supervision.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are held at our office at 19 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok. The location is accessible by BTS and MRT. Some supervision meetings for Senior Practicum participants may be arranged at a venue convenient to the participant.
