Three Programmes,
One Coherent Path
Each programme is designed for a distinct stage of professional development in change management. Below you will find full descriptions, what to expect, and the fees for each.
Back to HomeOur Teaching Methodology
All three programmes share a common approach, adapted to the depth and pace appropriate for each level. Sessions are conducted in seminar format — question-led, discussion-centred, with case material drawn from actual organisational situations in Thailand and the region.
We use established frameworks from the change management literature — including work in the Kotter and Bridges traditions, alongside more diagnostic and systemic approaches — and we teach each framework alongside an honest account of where it has proven less useful. Participants who leave with a nuanced understanding of the tools available to them tend to use those tools more effectively than participants who leave with uncritical enthusiasm for any one model.
The workplace application elements of each programme are not supplementary — they are the point. Reading and discussion prepare participants for the observation, project, or action-learning engagement; those engagements are where the actual development takes place.
Framework Pluralism
Multiple models, presented comparatively and with attention to their respective conditions of applicability.
Peer Learning
Small groups that include professionals from different sectors, so that the variety of experience becomes part of the curriculum.
Reflective Practice
Each programme builds the habit of reflective review — of what was done, why, what resulted, and what might have been different.
Programme Structure
Weeks 1–2: Foundations of Change Theory
Classical models, their uses and documented limits
Weeks 3–4: Diagnostic Vocabulary
How to read an organisation's readiness and culture
Weeks 5–6: Communication as Primary Tool
Listening, messaging, and the role of the change communicator
Weeks 7–8: Workplace Observation & Closing Reflection
Structured observation assignment and group presentation
Foundations of Change in Organisations
An entry-level programme for managers, project leads, and consulting analysts beginning to take on change-related responsibilities. The course covers the classical models of organisational change — their helpful uses and reasonable limits — the diagnostic vocabulary of change practice, and the role of communication and listening as primary tools rather than supporting ones.
Eight weeks of evening sessions are conducted in seminar format with case discussion. Participants complete a structured observation of a change effort within their own workplace and present their reflections in the closing session.
- Evening sessions, compatible with full-time work commitments
- Grounding in classical models and their respective limitations
- Diagnostic vocabulary for early-career change practitioners
- Structured observation within your own organisation
- Closing group reflection session with faculty

Practice of Change Management
A practitioner programme for those actively leading or advising on change initiatives. The curriculum walks through the design of a change programme — stakeholder mapping conducted with care, communication planning, the calibration of pace, and the practical handling of resistance treated as legitimate signal rather than obstacle.
Considerable attention is given to the cultural dimensions of change in Thai workplaces and to the responsibilities of the change leader toward those affected. Twelve weeks in length, the programme includes a workplace project with faculty supervision and feedback at three milestones.
- Full change programme design methodology
- Stakeholder mapping with practical rigour
